Matt, a seasoned entrepreneur, started a landscape maintenance company in High School, shifted the focus to landscape construction while attending Bentley University, and sold that business after college, to start building homes. He has created a cabinet business within the building company, a boat dealership, a real estate brokerage company and a consulting division. Matt’s motivation and organization helps keep a loyal team of subcontractors and vendors committed and available. Over the years he has learned Spanish and basic Portuguese to improve communication on the jobsites.

Melissa has been working in the construction business since her days in the sales trailer of Toll Brothers while attending Bryant University. She has been working with Matt for over 15 years and continuously adds to her role. Starting as mostly accounting and office help, she has grown into the lead kitchen and bath designer, while involving herself more directly with client and supplier relationships. Her detailed process has created a strong following and respect from the major trades, she makes their jobs easier with so many of the answers before they can even ask the questions!
